Organic / Biodynamic
Organic wines are made from grapes grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and fertilisers.
Biodynamic Wines are also Organic but must also follow additional standards. It is a holistic, homeopathic manner of farming. We believe that this results in a more naturally healthy, biodiverse and sustainable vineyard, producing better quality fruit and ultimately better quality wine, with a unique sense of place or terroir
A range of animals from ducks to horses to sheep live on the soil and fertilize it, creating a rich, fertile environment for the vines to grow in. Biodynamic farming also seeks sustainability, or leaving the land in as good or better shape as they found it for future generations.

Divici Prosecco Organic, Veneto Italy
Divici Prosecco DOC, is a classic Italian Prosecco, this is sourced from the hills around Treviso - or, in other words, ground central for Italian Prosecco. A lovely crisp wine and it is organic too!
Pale yellow colour, delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes that are reminiscent of peach and green apple with an undertone of lemon. Fresh and soft on the palate with well balanced acidity.
Ideal as an aperitif, it is a perfect accompaniment to hors-d'oeuvres and delicate first courses. Also wonderful with sushi, fish and shellfish.
Serving Temperature: 8°- 10°C.
