Syrah vines are harvested at full maturity and are blended with Cinsault. Syrah to express its richness and  Cinsault for its bright and lifted fruit.

The colour is a deep crimson. The first nose immediately reveals the wine’s complexity. The aromatic expression combines hints of violet and peony which develop towards notes of summer fruit, raspberry and black cherry. This stylish vintage boasts aromatic freshness, precision and clarity. On the palate the attack is rounded and ample. The middle palate is full and fleshy. The tannins are elegant and silky, creating perfect balance on the palate. This wine leaves a highly aromatic impres-sion of fruit and freshness.

Garnet red color hue. Red fruits, spices and pep-per aromas. Outstanding freshness and roundness with spices and red fruits aromas. Goes well with Grilled meat, spicy dishes.

Grape Varietals: 60% Merlot, 30% Fer Servadou, 10% Tannat

The color of Château Mercier is concentrated, with a dark heart. Intense, the first nose exudes aromas of blackcurrant and violet that let a powdery floral of almond hinting at lilac blossom. The whole leaves an impression of delicacy and softness. The attack on the palate is round and concentrated, but gives way to a lovely fruity freshness. The mid-palate is velvety and delicate. The finish, elongated, is airy and elegant.

A deep cherry colour hue. Very expressive and complex nose of red fruits (blackcurrant) and spices with a hint of mint and vanilla. The wine is powerful. Ne-ertheless, the tannins are round and smooth. The palate is well balanced between fruit and oak aromas. Perfect with red meat, stew, game casserole and cheese. 

Grape Varietal: 45% Tannat, 25% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Malbec

Its dress shines with a deep garnet. The nose of currants and ripe blueberries is already expressive. On the palate, it is a very nice balance between energetic and lively fruits and pleasant and round tannins.

Deep dark color hue. Very complex nose of black fruit (redcurrant, blueberry) and spice aromas with a hint of menthol. The palate is rich and well-structured with a nice freshness.

Fruit-driven blend of four Rhône varieties: Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Viognier and Roussanne. Pear, pineapple and lime fruit offer ample weight in the mouth and a long, zesty finish.

A wine that is still a little discreet on the nose, but once aerated, delivers aromas of ripe red fruits on a background of charred wood. The mouth reveals itself to be ample, rich and concentrated, and upheld by silky tannins. Best enjoyed after a few years of ageing in cellar.

A complex and layered wine, with a deep ruby colour and a generous nose of pure cherries and red fruits. On the Palate, it is balanced, round, and linear. This wine is best appreciated young to enjoy its stunning fruit. In the glass the wine is deep purple with a blue rim. On the nose, the wine is bold with a seductive perfume of violets and black berries. On the palate, the intense black fruit is balanced by a vibrant acidity and powder-fine tannins. The finish is long with rich blackcurrants.

It's revealing quality, with nice concentration and fine balance. It's vivacious and offer aromas of fresh fruit. Luminous pretty clear yellow. Fresh and fruity nose on notes of acacia, lemon and hazelnut. Crisp and very fruity attack on white peach and green apple.

This wine is very balanced on the palate with noticeable but mellow tannins and nice acidity. The ultimate easy-to-drink wine. There commended food-and-wine pairing: most meats, but it also makes an interesting match with boards of charcuterie.

Our Grande Cuvée Brut Veuve Ambal is composed predominantly of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, complemented by a touch of Aligoté and Gamay. 

The delicate sparkle of this Crémant de Bourgogne is emphasised by its golden yellow hue and fine bubbles. The harmonious and fruity palate reveals notes of exotic fruits.

On the nose, this wine is magnificently fruity and precise. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, small blue fruits and berries, combined with very fine touches of sweet spices/nutmeg.

On the palate, it is fruity, well balanced, rather juicy and quite frank. The aromas found are those of juicy blackberries, crunchy blackcurrant and a slight spiciness.

The wine has a pleasant aftertaste.

The nose is fruity, balanced and offers deliciousness, a slight power as well as a pretty fruit. There are notes of blackcurrant, juicy/ripe blackberry and slight notes of violet and lilac associated with fine touches of nutmeg.

The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, balanced and offers good definition, a tangy frame, power as well as tension.

On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy blackberry, fleshy/juicy blackcurrant and small notes of very ripe strawberry associated with small touches of violet and liquorice.

On the nose, our Mâcon reveals aromas of red and black fruits. On the palate, it is balanced between roundness and freshness with both greedy notes and floral touches, notably peony.

A hot year, allowing the grapes to reach excellent maturity, which gave smooth wines, characterized by a dark, intense and deep color. The nose is complex, fruity, floral and fresh. The aromas of fresh figs, blackberries, red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, as well as the noble violet characterize this great vintage. Tasting delighted by the power, richness, volume and density of each sip. Endowed with a very great balance, it is the alliance of power and delicacy, maturity and freshness.

Intense and complex with strawberry and cherry notes. The palate is full and robust with a wonderful an expression of fresh fruit and a consistent finish.

This wine is delicate, ample and tasty highlighted by fresh pineapple, citrus, honey aromas and after a few years of aging, almondand hazelnut. 

This wine goes well with tartiflette, Savoyard fondue, fish, cheese, pies and gratins, shellfish, as well as raw vegetables and salads. It will also be perfect as an aperitif.

A blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, split equally, with 2% each of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The vines are closely planted and are on average over 25 years old. Showing a classic Médoc character, the grapes for the wine are pressed in an old vertical press and after small, relatively low temperature batch fermentations, the wines are aged in French oak: 20% new. Ripe, complex fruit character with a fleshy palate and integrated oak spice.

The nose is slightly powerful/rich. It reveals notes of cassis and fresh wild blackberry associated with slightnotes of Cuben pepper, spices, cacao, woody notes as well as a very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background) and undergrowth. 

The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, well-built and offers a beautiful mineral/juicy frame, a slight acidity as well as gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy black cherry and slight notes of plum, raspberry associated with a discreet hint of red berries as well as slight hints of spices and toastedoak/sweet spices. Tannins are well-built. Good length.

Arguably one of the greatest producers of the sweet, amber nectar know as Sauternes, Chateau Suduiraut created the Lions de Suduiraut as a younger, fresher and lighter version of it's top wine. The vineyards border those of d’Yquem’s and are planted with predominately Semillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. The Lions de Suduiraut is an ideal introduction to the style and is blended to be velvety, fresh and ready for immediate consumption. Think ripe apricot, marmalade, zesty peel and hints of vanilla and honey. Luscious!

Jean Francois Protheau, Chablis aromas of green apple, citrus, white flowers and minerals. High acidity than a simple Chardonnay therefore less oily. Refreshing and dry after taste.

Ideal as a companion of fish, crustaceans, shellfish; particularily oysters and goat cheese.

Patriarche Chablis can be enjoyed year-round, but it is a particularly excellent wine to serve in the springtime and early summer, as Chablis loves oysters, mussels, sushi, green salads, asparagus, peas and just about anything with goat cheese.

Chemin de Moscou Rouge is deep purple, almost opaque in colour with an expressive nose of black fruits, pepper, cinnamon, spice and violets. A seductive palate of dark hedgerow fruits, very open and welcoming with an explosion of fruit and spice. Mineral undertones.

Intense and complex nose with lots of black fruit and 'garrique' and well blended wood! On the palate a powerful impetus with great smoothness and roundness. The fruit intensity charming and most pleases. The final is long and shows again the complexity.

A straight forward ruby red colour, slightly tinged with mauve highlights. Aromas of small red fruits. Pleasant and firm texture, round and flattering on the palate, carried by an ice acidity that allows it to age a little.

Beautiful deep ruby color. The aromas of black fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, and red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, blend harmoniously. On the palate, the attack is frank and powerful, velvety structure. All the expression of the terroir is brought together in this cuvée of deep minerality.

Dark ruby color, an ample nose of berries mixed with strong toasty notes, a delicate fruitiness on the palate with shades of wood, a nice balanced structure, presence of extracts, tannins still well marked with a pleasing roundness.

The 2015 Gigondas Olivier Ravoire is a relatively modern style effort. Its deep purple/ruby color is followed by impressive notes of cassis, spice and sweet oak. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, with a forward, charming style.

Deep ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of raspberry, strawberry, cherry and crisp fruit. With age, notes of undergrowth, spices, tobacco and cocoa beans. In the mouth, a full-bodied wine, rich in body and fruit. Nice fleshy roundness at maturity.

Ideal with entrecote, beef and lamb, or simmered poultry. It goes very well with exotic dishes.

Nice golden colour with emerald reflections. Clear and a very beautiful shine. 

Complex nose and refined, notes of white flowers: acacia, hawthorn combined with notes of fruit such as apple and hazelnut. The whole is enhanced by honey with a touch of vanilla notes. (ageing in contact with wood). 

A soft and creamy flavor, the acidity still gives it a lot of freshness and subtlety. Good evolution, maintenance, typical of a great Chardonnay.

Dark in color, this wine delivers seducing notes of red and black currant. Cabernet driven, the powerful mouth offers the right balance between the freshness of red fruits and a well-integrated structure. A wine that will pair perfectly with a roasted beef or a Lamb Confit

Chateau La Truffe is an elegant wine, with silky-smooth tannins, and subtle, delicate aromas. A toasted nose, underlined with vanille and a fresh, fruit-rich palate. Made of 90% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc.

Very aromatic with beautiful structure and a perfect balance between maturity and acidity.

The maturity of the Pinot Noir provides a very slightly pink of colour with ambers highlights. A greedy nose with some floral notes ,a slight hints of spices. It develops in the mouth fruit roasts rather concentrated and a length leaving a tasty feeling of fullness..

Black cherry color, with an intense red color. The bouquet of greedy red fruits and flowers (violet, peony) is intense, with hints of licorice. In mouth, the red fruit dominates. The finish is persistent and the tannins, firm, bring a nice suppleness and structure to the wine.

Perfect with turkey terrine, foie gras pie, foie gras ravioli, braised veal and beef, cheese like Brie de Meaux, Reblochon or goat cheese.
