A very clever inquisitive character with that glint in his eye, a spring in his step and his exquisite taste and appreciation for the finer things in life, he’s never without a “feather out of place” except for when he finds those “shiny treasures” that make life that little bit more interesting.

Straw gold yellow colour. Fine and elegant nose mixing white fruit aromas (pear, quince) and vanilla notes. Fruit driven on the palate, the attack is fresh, followed by a round and supple texture. Flattering oaky notes appear on the aftertaste.

Purple red colour. Intense aromas of fresh red cherry fruits with spicy hints, tobacco and coffee Long cherry pie and vanilla flavours magnified by a hint of spices. Rich and full-bodied with supple tannins and a long silky aftertaste.

Garnet red color hue. Red fruits, spices and pep-per aromas. Outstanding freshness and roundness with spices and red fruits aromas. Goes well with Grilled meat, spicy dishes.

Grape Varietals: 60% Merlot, 30% Fer Servadou, 10% Tannat

A deep cherry colour hue. Very expressive and complex nose of red fruits (blackcurrant) and spices with a hint of mint and vanilla. The wine is powerful. Ne-ertheless, the tannins are round and smooth. The palate is well balanced between fruit and oak aromas. Perfect with red meat, stew, game casserole and cheese. 

Grape Varietal: 45% Tannat, 25% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Malbec

Deep dark color hue. Very complex nose of black fruit (redcurrant, blueberry) and spice aromas with a hint of menthol. The palate is rich and well-structured with a nice freshness. 

Grape varietals: 50% Merlot, 30% Tannat, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Malbec

Deep color, almost dark. Complex and intense nose: black berries (blueberry, blackcurrant), spices (clove), torrefaction (cacao, tobacco), wood (cedar) and a fresh menthol note. Solid and powerful palate with ripe tannins: an iron hand in a velvet glove.
