South Africa produces fantastic Chenin blanc and this wine is no exeception and shows exciting stone fruit aromas. The palate is a delicious medley of summer fruits and citrus. 

Food Pairing: This wine loves spicy food, particularly Indian spices. Also try with fresh Dover sole, lemon butter, classic Caesar salad or Veal saltimbocca.

Food Pairing: Nothing shouts ‘Bring me shiraz’ like a 28 day dry-aged rump steak, cooked to perfection on the barbeque and served with a green pepper sauce or try pulled pork Mexican Tortillas. A surprisingly good match is also Peking duck.

Food Pairing: Pinotage goes surprisingly well with sushi. Try it. Thai food is a natural partner as is barbequed meats, particularly game.

With enticing aromas of an exotic flower garden, this light, low alcohol wonderfully refreshing wine tastes of peaches and cream, and tangerine. Serve chilled.

The wine is mesmerizingly complex – with notes of ripe strawberry, Indian spice, plum, cardamom, thyme, rhubarb, red cherry and a touch of toasty cinnamon.Every time one takes a sniff a new nuance reveals itself.

The palate is elegant and soft, but alive and fresh with lingering creamy tannin. Flavours of strawberry, chocolate, dried garden herbs, ripe nectarine, warm spices and a touch of vanilla wash over your palate. The complexity of the wine could be overpowering, but is balanced by intriguing red berry freshness.

Try with king prawns or slow roasted veal shoulder. It goes with a lot of surprisingly rich foods as well.
