Our Bourgogne Chardonnay is a perfect introduction to the most prestigious appellations of Burgundy, thanks to the selection of beautiful parcels of Chardonnay from the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais. This gives it an energy with lemony notes. With a very charming nose, it releases floral aromas and notes of exotic fruits.

Straw yellow colour with hints of gold, the aroma seduces with its bewitching fragrances of ripe apples, pear and exotic fruits. The taste seduces with its fresh citrus taste and its fruity gourmet, mango, apple and pear.

Our Mâcon-Igé "Grand Terroir" offers a perfect harmony between freshness and fruit aromas. Its woody notes show a good ageing potential. On the palate we find intense and well-balanced notes evoking a beautiful vivacity.

Patriarche Chablis can be enjoyed year-round, but it is a particularly excellent wine to serve in the springtime and early summer, as Chablis loves oysters, mussels, sushi, green salads, asparagus, peas and just about anything with goat cheese.

Aquarius Chardonnay displays an elegance of light gold and creamy apple-lemon brulee aromas. Maintaining a crisp, yet silken palate of butterscotch and citrus notes, this chardonnay finishes firmly with hints of tangy mandarin and light-toasted almond.

Saint-Aubin 1er Cru "Clos du Château" 2017 is a tense and mineral wine. On the palate, it offers a profile very typical of the terroir, a balance between freshness and smoothness with notes of dried fruit and candied citrus.

This elegant wine offers tension and power. Very nice nose of flint with hints of spice and toast. These aromas are repeated on the palate with salinity.

On the nose, our Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru "La Garenne", reveals notes of yellow fruit. On the palate, this wine is fresh and chiseled. It reveals a balance between elegance and energy.
