Burgundy

Our Bourgogne Aligoté proudly represents the most prestigious appellations of Burgundy, thanks to the selection of plots of Aligoté from the Côte Chalonnaise in the village of Bouzeron. This gives it a freshness with round and greedy notes. With a very floral nose, it releases aromas of acacia flowers and notes of yellow lemon.

Our Bourgogne Chardonnay is a perfect introduction to the most prestigious appellations of Burgundy, thanks to the selection of beautiful parcels of Chardonnay from the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais. This gives it an energy with lemony notes. With a very charming nose, it releases floral aromas and notes of exotic fruits.

It is a structured and fine wine with a beautiful golden colour tinged with green. The bouquet is delicate with honeysuckle and fern, yellow fruit and fresh mineral notes. On the palate, there is a certain freshness accompanied by spicy aromas such as hazelnut.

Our Mâcon-Igé "Grand Terroir" offers a perfect harmony between freshness and fruit aromas. Its woody notes show a good ageing potential. On the palate we find intense and well-balanced notes evoking a beautiful vivacity.

This wine is elegant, harmonious and lively. On the nose, aromas of citrus and yellow fruit are accompanied by a light woody touch. Dense mouth, fine tannins and a finish on the firestone. It is a precise, energetic wine with good tension.

Jean Francois Protheau, Chablis aromas of green apple, citrus, white flowers and minerals. High acidity than a simple Chardonnay therefore less oily. Refreshing and dry after taste.

Ideal as a companion of fish, crustaceans, shellfish; particularily oysters and goat cheese. 

Patriarche Chablis can be enjoyed year-round, but it is a particularly excellent wine to serve in the springtime and early summer, as Chablis loves oysters, mussels, sushi, green salads, asparagus, peas and just about anything with goat cheese.

This elegant wine offers tension and power. Very nice nose of flint with hints of spice and toast. These aromas are repeated on the palate with salinity.
